"Which came first, the band or the song?"..I've been asked. Well, the answer is, the band came first. Chris, our bass player, suggested I write a song called BadaBing BadaBoom, and make sure it was a "real fast" one. We used this to close every show, introduce the band, etc. I remember writing it...thinking "Geez, what the hell is this??" It evolved over the years, with many different arrangements with an occasional trainwreck, but that's what the crowd waited for. When I'm asked what BadaBing BadaBoom means, I just say.."I love you very, very...fast"
